1. Do you ship to my country?

We ship to countries listed HERE, where you can also find the specified delivery times for your country. If your country is not listed and you wish to make an order you can contact us on our email [email protected]

2. What methods do you use to ship internationally?

We use Post of Slovenia to ship internationally. Your order will be delivered by your local post and you will also receive a tracking number for your order. You can track your order HERE. You can choose EN on top of the page to change the tracking page language to English.

3. What is the shipping charge?

Our international shipping charge is €5. If you order is above €80 the shipping is free of charge. This does not include duties, taxes or customs fees.

4. Can I refund a product?

You can inform us your items 15 days after you receive your order by mail to our address: Vordor d.o.o., Šmartinska cesta 152, 1000 Ljubljana, Slovenia. We will refund your purchase within 15 days of receiving the returned items. Refunds usually take up to 8-10 working days to appear on your statement, depending on your card comapny’s policies. Refund does not include shipping costs.

Panties, boxers and briefs can only be returned if unopened in original packaging, unworn and in the same condition as delivered, with all tags attached. Returned products must be returned in the same condition as they were sent – and must have their original label. We will not accept or refund incomplete returns or products that have been worn or washed. If the products have deteriorated due to a more extensive use, we reserve the right to send the product back to the shipper.

We currently do not have an exchange service. If you would like another product, color or size, please place a new order.

The goods that you wish to return must obligatorily be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice.

Goods with a copy of the invoice and the form must be sent within 14 days of the submission of the notification to the company.

Upon return, the products must be unused, undamaged, unchanged in quantity and in their original packaging.

The costs of the return are paid by the customer. We do not accept packages with shipping payments upon collection for returned goods.

4. Complaints
Vordor d.o.o. is responsible for material defects. In case of material defects, please notify us via email [email protected] and describe the defect more specifically nd provide the possibility for the seller to review the item.

Items with a defect need to be returned withing 15 days after sending a complaint to our address listed above

Definition of material defect:

1. an item does not have the characteristics, needed for its normal use or trade;
2. an item does not have characteristics, required for specific use, for which the customer has purchased, which was or should have been known to the seller;
3. an item does not have the characteristics and distinguishing points that were specifically or silently agreed upon or prescribed;
4. a seller delivered an item, which does not match the pattern or design, unless the pattern or design was shown exclusively with the purpose of notification.

In case of a defected product, we will refund the standard delivery shipping costs. We do not accept packages with shipping payments upon collection for returned goods.
